Yes, we can send you an electronic sample of your personalized item(s) at no charge. If a tangible sample is needed, there will be a minimal charge to cover the cost plus shipping charges. That sample will be yours to keep.

In most instances, there will be a screen-printing charge or template mold charge to create the logo or sample item.

Some customized items will require a MOQ based on the selected products. There is no minimum order total as long as you order in stock merchandise.

No, if there are no changes to the items, there will be no additional setup charges.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit cards. All payments are due at the time the order is placed. For established corporations, a company check will be accepted.

We ship anywhere in the USA. Delivery fees are calculated at time of check-out and will be added to your order.

If you are ordering an in stock merchandise, your item will be shipped within 48 hours of your order confirmation. Custom order processing times will vary based on item and quantity. Please contact us for more information.

Once your electronic order is processed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

If your order is not a customized order and has not shipped yet, it may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund. For customized orders, once the template has been approved, no cancellations are allowed.

If the item is defective in any way, we will have you to ship the item back and we will issue a full refund, less original shipping, once the item has been received. There are no refunds if the customer simply changed their mind.
